Creating animal bonsai adds zest to bonsai as a hobby. There are so many so many different things or styles you can create especially, when using Wrightia.
This is just to demonstrate that bonsai is such an interesting hobby. Although, creating animal bonsai is just a novelty and for ornamental beauty only however, as far as bonsai is concerned it is a great way to express your creativity.
Creating animal bonsai happens more by chance rather than creating it. Usually it occurs during repotting some old trees with thick and unusual roots or trunk formation that resembles an animal. And with a little crafting and carving I transform it into an animal bonsai.
And through the passage of time during the course of my bonsai creations I manage to collect a handful of animal shapes.
